Kelsey Grammer Divorce:No PreNup with Camille,Girlfriend Has Miscarriage

Bravo’s finally moved up to the ‘big time’ with the airing of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The most talked about subject of the show, the Kelsey Grammer divorce from wife Camille. The footage of the first episode which showed Kelsey Grammer interacting with Camille and their two surrogate kids before Kelsey packed up and flew off to New York City to begin rehearsal for the musical playLa Cage aux Folles. Kelsey Grammer starring as Georges. Back in Beverly Hills, a tearful Camille Grammer waving goodbye then noting Kelsey would be ‘away for a year’.

On April 15, the Reuters reported Kelsey Grammer shines in “La Cage Aux Folles”:

The production has wisely retained the services of Douglas Hodge, the British classical actor who is little known on these shores but who delivers a tour de force (and Olivier Award-winning) performance as Albin, the drag-queen star of the titular nightclub. Providing boxoffice insurance, Kelsey Grammer plays Georges, delivering an assured and charming leading turn.

Back in Beverly Hills, former MTV dancer Camille told the Bravo camera, Kelsey starring in La Cage Au Folles, a great ‘opportunity’ for Kelsey. Camille, unaware the scene of Kelsey departing in his luxury SUV would also be Kelsey’s departure from the Grammer’s 13-yr marriage.

On July 1st, the report from TMZ, Camille had filed for divorce;

The divorce petition was just filed by her lawyer, Neal Hersh. She is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their children.
Camille — a member of the cast of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — is citing “irreconcilable differences” and is seeking spousal and child support.
The couple — pictured above on June 13 at the Tony Awards — was married in August, 1997 … they have two kids.

The Grammers’ rep asked for ‘privacy’.

It’s pretty stunning, since during the run of “Frasier” Kelsey was the highest paid actor on TV … making $1.6 mil an episode at the end of the show’s 11-year run.
As we first reported, Kelsey is asking that some of his “Frasier” money be declared his separate property. Turns out, he was married in 1997, four years after the series launched. So Kelsey’s separate property request only covers the first 4 years. His earnings for the remaining 7 years, as well as much of the syndication money, will beconsidered community property.

According to the Huffington Post, on July 2nd, the ‘last straw’ in the Grammer marriage, Kelsey’s failure to call home for Father’s Day.

We’re told the tipping point for Camille was Father’s Day, when Kelsey was 2,475 air miles away from his family and didn’t call his kids.
As one source said, “She doesn’t know what Kelsey is doing in New York, but he’s made it pretty clear he wants nothing to do with marriage anymore,” adding, “She didn’t see it coming.”

Grammer’s rep confirmed the couple are dating and “happy together.”
Sources tell the NY Post that Grammer is reportedly “pushing for a quickie divorce because things are moving quickly with his new girlfriend.”
“There is speculation that she is pregnant, but he wants to finalize the divorce before making any announcement,” the source added.

It is unclear how 55-year-old Grammer met the 29-year-old Virgin Atlantic employee. Grammer filed for a divorce from his third wife a few weeks ago

On August 13, OK Magazine reported Kelsey Grammer Plans to Wed Pregnant Girlfriend:

In the midst of divorcing his wife of 13 years, Kelsey Grammer didn’t hesitate to move on and find love again. The former Frasier star reveals in new reports that not only is he ready to tie the knot again, but that his new girlfriend is pregnant.
Spotted out with Kayte Walsh on their way to jeweler Harry Winston’s on Friday, Kelsey told TMZ that he is, “very happy” and plans to walk down the aisle once heclears up, “other stuff.”
